Kebijakan Privasi

ReadSheet ("aplikasi") adalah pembaca spreadsheet untuk Android. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan informasi apa yang dapat disentuh aplikasi, apa yang benar benar dikumpulkan, dan pilihan yang kamu punya. Baca pelan pelan, dan hubungi kami bila ada yang belum jelas.

Versi singkat. Kami tidak menjual data kamu dan tidak menampilkan iklan pihak ketiga. Isi spreadsheet kamu tetap di perangkat atau di akun Google milikmu, tidak disimpan di server kami. Analytics dan laporan crash dikumpulkan otomatis dalam bentuk anonim dan terbatas. Masukan hanya dikirim bila kamu memilih mengirimnya.

1Informasi yang dapat diproses aplikasi

Isi spreadsheet yang kamu buka

Saat membuka link Google Sheets publik, berkas .csv, atau .xlsx, data diambil ke perangkat dan disimpan sementara secara lokal agar bisa dibaca offline. Isi ini tetap di perangkat dan tidak diunggah ke server kami. Untuk sheet privat lewat Login Google, data tetap di akun Google kamu dan diakses dengan izin hanya baca yang kamu setujui; kami tidak menyimpan salinannya di sisi kami.

Bila kamu membuka file .xlsx atau .csv dari HP (lewat tombol Buka file, Buka dengan, atau Bagikan), file itu dibaca dan disalin sementara di perangkat agar bisa dibuka lagi dari riwayat. File tidak diunggah ke mana pun. Aplikasi juga membaca isi clipboard di perangkat, hanya untuk menawarkan link spreadsheet yang baru kamu salin. Isi clipboard tidak disimpan dan tidak dikirim ke mana pun.

Analytics (otomatis, anonim)

Aplikasi mencatat event pemakaian anonim lewat Firebase Analytics, seperti membuka link, open berhasil atau gagal, berpindah tampilan kartu atau tabel, dan membuka ringkasan. Firebase juga membuat ID instalasi dan memperkirakan wilayah kasar (negara atau kota) dari alamat IP; alamat IP hanya dipakai untuk perkiraan itu dan tidak disimpan oleh Analytics. Event ini tidak memuat isi sel spreadsheet kamu. Saat ini belum ada pengaturan di aplikasi untuk mematikannya. Kamu bisa meminta penghapusan lewat email (lihat bagian Penghapusan data).

Laporan crash (otomatis)

Saat aplikasi mengalami crash, Crashlytics mengumpulkan laporan error teknis (misalnya jejak stack, status aplikasi, model perangkat, versi sistem operasi, dan ID instalasi Crashlytics) untuk membantu memperbaiki bug. Laporan ini bersifat diagnostik dan tidak sengaja memuat isi sheet kamu.

Masukan yang kamu kirim (opsional)

Ada formulir masukan atau lapor bug di dalam aplikasi. Mengirimnya sepenuhnya opsional. Bila dikirim, pesan, versi aplikasi, platform, bahasa, dan status Pro disimpan di koleksi Firestore privat. Email disimpan hanya bila kamu mengisinya; mengosongkan berarti tidak ada email yang dikumpulkan.

Login Google (fitur Pro)

Bila memakai Login Google untuk membuka spreadsheet privat, aplikasi memakai identitas dan izin hanya baca Sheets yang kamu setujui untuk membuka berkas kamu. Kami tidak menyimpan kredensial Google atau salinan berkas di server. Fitur ini terkunci di balik Pro dan dapat dimatikan di build release sampai verifikasi OAuth Google selesai.

Data dari API Google (Limited Use)

Penggunaan dan pengalihan informasi yang diterima ReadSheet dari API Google ke aplikasi lain akan mematuhi Kebijakan Data Pengguna Layanan API Google, termasuk persyaratan Penggunaan Terbatas (Limited Use).

  • Izin yang diminta hanya baca spreadsheet (spreadsheets.readonly) beserta identitas dasar (email dan profil), dan hanya dipakai untuk menampilkan spreadsheet pilihanmu di perangkat.
  • Isi spreadsheet tidak disimpan di server kami, tidak dijual, tidak dibagikan kepada pihak ketiga, dan tidak dipakai untuk iklan, pembuatan profil pengguna, atau melatih model AI dan machine learning.
  • Tim kami tidak membaca data Google kamu, kecuali bila kamu mengirimkannya secara eksplisit lewat masukan, untuk menegakkan hukum, atau demi keamanan.
  • Kamu bisa mencabut akses kapan saja lewat Keluar di aplikasi atau lewat pengaturan akun Google di myaccount.google.com/permissions.

2Informasi yang TIDAK kami kumpulkan

Kami tidak mengumpulkan lokasi akurat, kontak, detail finansial atau kartu pembayaran (pembayaran dikelola Google Play), foto, atau isi spreadsheet kamu di server kami. Cache sheet disimpan hanya di perangkat kamu dan dibersihkan saat kamu keluar dari akun (sign out) atau menghapusnya di aplikasi.

3Tujuan pemrosesan

  • Menyajikan isi spreadsheet yang kamu buka sebagai kartu atau tabel, termasuk saat offline.
  • Memperbaiki aplikasi lewat analytics dan laporan crash yang anonim.
  • Menanggapi masukan atau laporan bug yang kamu kirim secara sukarela.
  • Memungkinkan fitur Pro seperti login Google untuk membuka sheet privat.

Kami tidak memproses data untuk periklanan dan tidak menjual atau menyewakan data pribadi.

4Berbagi data

Kami tidak menjual atau menyewakan data pribadi. Data analytics dan crash diproses oleh Google (Firebase) sebagai penyedia layanan sesuai ketentuannya. Tidak ada jaringan iklan yang menerima data kamu.

5Keamanan data

Data yang dikirim lewat jaringan (misalnya mengambil sheet publik, analytics, laporan crash, dan masukan) berjalan lewat koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS/TLS). Cache lokal disimpan di penyimpanan privat aplikasi di perangkat kamu.

6Retensi data

  • Cache dan riwayat sheet lokal tetap di perangkat sampai kamu menghapusnya di aplikasi atau menghapus pemasangan (uninstall).
  • Catatan masukan opsional disimpan sampai kamu meminta penghapusan.
  • Retensi analytics dan crash mengikuti default Google atau Firebase.

7Penghapusan data

Kamu punya dua jalur untuk menghapus data:

  • Lewat aplikasi atau uninstall. Menghapus sheet dari riwayat atau menghapus pemasangan aplikasi menghapus cache lokal di perangkat. Keluar dari akun Google membersihkan cache sheet privat.
  • Lewat email. Untuk meminta penghapusan masukan yang sudah kamu kirim, atau bertanya data apa yang kami simpan tentang kamu, kirim email ke alamat kontak di bawah. Kami akan merespons dalam waktu wajar.

8Anak anak

Aplikasi adalah pembaca data umum dan tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun. Kami tidak secara sadar mengumpulkan data dari anak di bawah 13 tahun. Bila kamu orang tua atau wali dan yakin anak kamu mengirim data kepada kami, hubungi kami agar data itu dapat dihapus.

9Perubahan kebijakan

Kami dapat memperbarui kebijakan ini dari waktu ke waktu. Versi terbaru akan dipasang di URL ini dengan tanggal efektif yang direvisi. Perubahan berlaku sejak tanggal efektif yang baru.

10Hukum yang berlaku

Kebijakan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia, termasuk peraturan perundang undangan tentang perlindungan data pribadi yang berlaku. Setiap sengketa yang timbul dari kebijakan ini diselesaikan sesuai hukum Indonesia.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27 October 2026

ReadSheet ("the app") is a spreadsheet reader for Android. This policy explains what information the app can touch, what is actually collected, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully and contact us if anything is unclear.

The short version. We do not sell your data and we do not show third party ads. Your spreadsheet content stays on your device or inside your own Google account, not on our servers. Analytics and crash reports are collected automatically in an anonymous and limited form. Feedback is only sent if you choose to send it.

1Information the app may process

Spreadsheet content you open

When you open a public Google Sheets link, a .csv, or an .xlsx file, the data is fetched to your device and cached locally so it can be read offline. This content stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. For private sheets opened through Google Sign-In, your data remains in your Google account and is accessed with the read only scopes you authorize; we do not keep a copy on our side.

If you open an .xlsx or .csv file from your phone (with the Open file button, Open with, or Share), the file is read and copied temporarily on the device so it can be reopened from your history. Files are not uploaded anywhere. The app also reads the clipboard on the device, only to offer a spreadsheet link you just copied. The clipboard content is not stored and is not sent anywhere.

Analytics (automatic, anonymous)

The app records anonymous usage events through Firebase Analytics, such as opening a link, a successful or failed open, switching between card and table view, and opening the summary. Firebase also creates an installation ID and estimates a coarse region (country or city) from the IP address; the IP address is used only for that estimate and is not stored by Analytics. These events do not include the contents of your spreadsheet cells. There is currently no setting in the app to turn this off. You can ask for deletion by email (see the data deletion section).

Crash reports (automatic)

When the app crashes, Crashlytics collects technical crash and error reports (for example stack traces, app state, device model, operating system version, and the Crashlytics installation ID) to help fix bugs. These reports are diagnostic and do not intentionally include your sheet content.

Feedback you choose to send (optional)

The app has an in app feedback and bug report form. Sending it is entirely optional. If you submit feedback, the message, app version, platform, language, and Pro status are stored in a private Firestore collection. An email address is stored only if you fill it in; leaving it blank means no email is collected.

Google Sign-In (Pro feature)

If you use Google Sign-In to open private spreadsheets, the app uses your identity and the read only Sheets scope you authorize to open your files. We do not store your Google credentials or a server side copy of your files. This feature is gated behind Pro and may be disabled in release builds until Google OAuth verification completes.

Data from Google APIs (Limited Use)

ReadSheet's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • The only permission requested is read only access to spreadsheets (spreadsheets.readonly) plus basic identity (email and profile), used only to display the spreadsheet you choose on your device.
  • Spreadsheet content is not stored on our servers, not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising, user profiling, or training AI or machine learning models.
  • Our team does not read your Google data, unless you explicitly send it to us through feedback, to enforce the law, or for security.
  • You can revoke access at any time by signing out in the app or in your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

2Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, financial or payment card details (payments are handled by Google Play), photos, or the contents of your spreadsheets on our servers. The sheet cache is stored only on your device and is cleared when you sign out of your account or delete it in the app.

3Purpose of processing

  • To present the spreadsheet you open as cards or a table, including offline.
  • To improve the app through anonymous analytics and crash reports.
  • To respond to feedback or bug reports you voluntarily send.
  • To enable Pro features such as Google Sign-In to open private sheets.

We do not process data for advertising and we do not sell or rent personal data.

4Data sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Analytics and crash data are processed by Google (Firebase) as a service provider under their terms. No advertising networks receive your data.

5Data security

Data sent over the network (for example fetching a public sheet, analytics, crash reports, and feedback) travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). The local cache is stored in the app private storage on your device.

6Data retention

  • The local sheet cache and history stay on your device until you delete them in the app or uninstall it.
  • Optional feedback records are kept until you ask for deletion.
  • Analytics and crash data retention follows Google or Firebase defaults.

7Data deletion

You have two ways to delete data:

  • Through the app or uninstall. Removing a sheet from history or uninstalling the app deletes the local cache on your device. Signing out of your Google account clears the private sheet cache.
  • By email. To request deletion of feedback you submitted, or to ask what data we hold about you, email the contact address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8Children

The app is a general purpose data reader and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us data, contact us so it can be deleted.

9Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Changes take effect from the new effective date.

10Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including applicable personal data protection regulations. Any dispute arising from this policy is resolved under Indonesian law.
